Agentsapp ("Agentsapp," "we," "us" or "our") respects the privacy of its users. This Policy explains how we process personal data when a person visits our site, creates or manages an account, requests information, contracts our services or communicates with us.
1. Scope and roles
This Policy applies to the data that Agentsapp processes for its own purposes, for example the data of customers, account users, prospects and site visitors.
When a customer or partner uses Agentsapp to process data of its own leads, customers, employees or end users, that customer determines the purposes of the processing and Agentsapp acts as a provider or data processor. That processing is governed by Agentsapp's Data Processing Addendum (DPA) and by the customer's instructions.
The Services are intended for businesses and are not intended for persons under 18 years of age.
2. Data we collect

Account and contact data: name, email address, company, phone number and other data you choose to provide.

Subscription and billing data: contracted plan, payment status, invoices and receipts, and transaction identifiers. Full payment method data is handled by the corresponding payment providers.

Technical and usage data: IP address, browser, device, activity within the Service, technical logs, errors and performance metrics.

Communications: inquiries, support requests and other messages you send us.

Data obtained through integrations authorized by the customer, to the extent necessary to provide the Service.
3. How we use data

To provide, operate and maintain Agentsapp.

To manage accounts, subscriptions, billing and support.

To configure and execute the features and integrations requested by the customer.

To maintain security, prevent abuse, investigate errors and protect the Platform.

To analyze and improve product performance and experience using technical, aggregated or de-identified information, where appropriate.

To send operational communications and, where appropriate, commercial communications in accordance with applicable regulations.

To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
Agentsapp does not sell personal data. Nor does it use customers' private content to train general Agentsapp models without authorization.
4. Providers and third parties
We may share or allow access to data only when necessary to provide the Service, for example with infrastructure, hosting, artificial intelligence, messaging, integration, payment, analytics or security providers; with providers connected at the customer's instruction; or when required by law.
The current list of providers that may process data on behalf of Agentsapp will be available in our Subprocessor List.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies necessary for authentication, security and operation of the site and the Platform. When we use analytics or non-essential cookies, the applicable consent options will apply. You may also manage cookies from your browser.
6. Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Services, maintain the business relationship, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect our rights. Data processed on behalf of customers is retained and deleted in accordance with the DPA, the applicable agreement and the customer's valid instructions.
Certain technical logs and backup copies may remain for limited periods for security, continuity and compliance reasons before their scheduled deletion.
7. International transfers
Agentsapp uses technology providers that may process information outside Argentina. Where applicable, we adopt contractual mechanisms or other safeguards permitted by applicable regulations. The location and function of the main sub-processors are disclosed in the Subprocessor List.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information. No system can guarantee absolute security. Additional information about our practices is available on the Security & Data Processing page.
9. Your rights
Under applicable law, you may request access to, updating, rectification or deletion of your data and exercise other rights that apply with respect to the processing. You may also withdraw consent when the processing relies on it.
If your request relates to data that Agentsapp processes on behalf of one of its customers, we may refer you to that customer or assist the customer in responding to the request, as appropriate.
In Argentina, the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP) is the supervisory authority for personal data protection.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our Services, practices or legal requirements. The current version will indicate its last updated date and, when the change is material, we may communicate it through reasonable means.
